dr Heyerman is the best ever!!! As far as [...] an assistant of his is VERY lazy and chooses not to do what is in her job discription. For instance contacting my insurance company to get a fax # and telling me to call them for that information as I'm laying in a hospital bed [...]

Questions or requests regarding Rx's on mychart email sometimes not responsive, or delayed several days. I don't believe my emails are comprehensively read at least half the time, making refills lapse or are wrong in number or mg's to take.

I waited and waited a long time to hear abt. getting an MRI. First time was a negative and the doctor was going to try again for another MRI which was badly needed for me. Finally, it was approved. But it took a very long time for this final approval!

Dr. Heyerman is the best doctor I ever had. He is very much interested in me and my health. He always asks for my opinion before he does anything, my opinion matters to him. I am perfectly satisfied with the complete total care that I am receiving from Dr. Heyerman, it couldn't be any better. I hope and pray that nothing happens to him, and that he will be around as long as I need him.

would like better response to getting in earluer. sometimes the appointments are too far out.. I would rather see my own doctor who knows me then to go to a urgent care facility.

Had problems getting Dr.'s office of an attending Dr. in recent hospital stay to answer phone call with questions about discharge directions. This provider got that problem quickly solved.

I have concern about being able to see Dr Heyerman in a timely manner when need arises. Two week lead time seems common. Got in earlier due to a cancellation.

Dr. Heyerman always makes me feel at ease in his presence. He is always friendly and respectful and I know I can talk to him about anything (even the embarrassing subjects) without fear of judgment. He is always completely professional without seeming distant or uninterested, which is something I greatly appreciate.
