There have been no bad experiences. Dr. Heyerman is personable and very easy to communicate my concerns with. I am one that requires this because I have had numerous medical issues and I have to be able to express freely my concerns.

My doctor has always had a wonderful "bedside manner". He has always taken the time to make me feel comfortable telling him about any problems or even personal concerns I may have. I'm glad he's younger than I am, so hopefully he won't retire in the near future!

I fell while walking to see another provider. A staff member stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. I was confused, stressed, and in much pain. The provider squeezed me in, checked me out, and only released me from his office once a ride was confirmed. He also wanted to make sure I had someone who could check on me for the next 24 hours. I appreciate the concern and care of all who I have worked with, especially that day.

I have my blood taken at Central Point, both my wife and I, we have never been in there that then could ever find that there had been a lab work ordered. They always say that it was not sent by our Doctors. I find this hard to believe. I think the problem is with the check-in people at C. Point.........

Wasn't happy about last visit. I sat in lobby for 35 minutes (past appt. time) to come get me. Waited in examination room only about 10 min. before provider came in (10 mins. is pretty fast to wait in exam room)!

Even though Dr. Heyerman knew how to handle my situation, he looked for additional information online to help me, because I was not responding to normal treatments. He found useful information that has been helping me. I like the fact that he does not have a "God Complex" like a lot of doctors have and is willing to listen to me as an individual and treat me, not just my condition.

When I called to make an appointment, I was told by the clerk to come in early before my appointment for fasting labs. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, fasting, only to be told by the clerk that morning - they did not mean that I was to come in early that day but a week or two before my appointment. If that was what was meant when I made my appointment - than that is what should have been communicated. [...] Plus the staff seem to be quick to imply that I made the mistake. In general - there were poor customer service.
