About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Henson is wonderful to work with and made my 8 week pregnancy appointment a breeze. she answered all my questions and was extremely thoughtful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. [...]

Not sure if Dr. Henson had my entire medical history, as I was referred to her my my regular provider for a specific condition. I felt very confident that Dr. Henson assessed my problem thoroughly and made the proper recommendations.

Dr. was very kind observant and thoughtful and patient.

[...] She's been wonderful to me.

She told me I had put on too much weight for my pregnancy. Felt a little blindsided by that. Checked weight in my books and I was within a healthy range.

Robin Henson is the best health care provider that I have ever had. If I could clone her, I would. I cannot say that about other physicians or providers. She is by far the best. I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes, and I waited in the room for 15 minutes prior to seeing her, and any other provider -- this would have been frustrating, but seeing her and the attention of care she gives - no problem and completely worth it.

While the people at the front desk and physician were courteous, I think the person taking me into the examination room and getting information was very disinterested and not doing anything to put me at ease. [...] It seems that a patient could be called by their name, instead of "my dear" [...] I felt a little patronized by this much younger person.

Very complete explaination of options

Excellent practice

Very disappointed that no one responded to my emails on MyChart. Said "2 day" response time, but it has been 2 weeks and no response. [...] Super frustrating!!

[...] For me she's an excellent gynecologist. [...]
