About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I was 30 minutes early for appt. and doctor was 45 minutes late seeing me.

I came in wanting blood work as I had not had any in 5 years and also wanting ideas about a shoulder injury I have been having and was told blood work was not warranted and my shoulder probably just has a torn rotator cuff, with no follow up but to email if it starts hurting again. I do not share the opinion that it is my rotator cuff. I completely forgot to ask about a changing mole that was the original reason I made the appt.

Dr Heino is very thorough and considerate.

excellent would not change anything

My regular doctor, Dr. [...], was not available, so her office staff offered me an earlier appointment with Dr. Heino. I was pleasantly surprised at how well my appointment went with him. He seemed very sensitive to my needs and was very helpful and I felt the concern that had brought me there was resolved.
