About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I do feel that Dr Hagloch is a good doctor. Unfortunately the way the officer is run is terrible and I feel that it is hindering all of the doctors abilities to properly care for the patient and recognize details of said care that improves health or recognizes problems. It is darn near impossible to get an appointment and the support staff do not recognize medical problems that need immediate attention. They also do not understand how to communicate messages to nurses or providers in a way that will not be missed. [...] I am very disappointed overall and will most likely discontinue going to providence after I am done with my acute issues being managed by Hagloch unless there is a major overhaul of how the office is managed. Again, I greatly appreciate Dr Hagloch but enough is enough with the office problems. I am beyond frustrated.

I was extremely pleased to be able to see this provider, and felt confident in her abilities to treat me as a whole being, taking the time necessary to listen, advise and educate me. This was a consult for a procedure that this provider will perform on me in 2 weeks, and it helped reduce my anxieties greatly to meet with her, and know I will be in good hands (and heart)!

Hard to make an appt for the time of day that best works around my work schedule, and the office changed my appt time, and I still had to wait a long time to see the Dr. when my appt time should have been kept as it was to start with.

I like to schedule my annual physical each year at my appointment. Have been told "schedule is not prepared that far in advance." I always call about 2-3 months before my annual physical date, and then am told she is booked out 4 or 5 months. This is the 3rd year this has happened. Booked my physical with someone else in the practice.

I called the office with severe pelvic pain. The triage nurse, Jody, was wonderful. She listened, she cared, and she set up a pelvic ultrasound for the next day. I was really impressed with that quality of care.
