Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr. Greco is always professional, empathetic and addresses our families problems.

[...] I used MyChart to ask her to increase dose of Rx and she had me come in for office visit within 3 days of the email. Very good response!

All good. Very helpful

I was left in room for over a half hour waiting for my paperwork before I could leave & then phoned the hospital and still had to go into hall and yell for someone to let me out.

I waited a while for this appointment, and I felt a little rushed by Dr. Greco when I got there.

I,ve always been treated very well @ every appointment.

Dr. Greco always listens attentively and seems very calm and patient. I never feel rushed or that she is in a hurry to get to the next appointment.

She kept saying everything said didn't make sense and was not believing me making me feel really upset and uncomfortable and I almost walked out

Dr Greco is the best

Abrupt with a your-time-is-up - I've-got-to-go attitude.

should have scheduled more time for visit. 91 ur old. had not seen doctor for 6 months several issues should have realized she needed more than 10 min visit.

I had to make an additional appointment to discuss physical concerns. I suppose this is normal.

I was very impressed that her office called to offer me an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. [...]

Dr. Greco is always straight forward, kind and caring with our whole family. We would not choose to go anywhere else for our care.

Time is always a pressing concern. There are just not enough providers. I don't want to be asked if I have other medical questions when there really isn't any time to talk about them.

everyone at front desk are always cheerful and pleasant as well as the nursing staff and Dr Grecko always greets me with a smile when she enters the room

This care provider is brand-new to my personal health care. She has a choleric personality, is brusque, efficient, and mindful of shortness of time during visit. I have heard many good things about this provider, but I believe she may be overbooked with patients and simply does not have time to "hand hold."

Dr. Greco is very professional. She gets right to the point and all business.

I,ve always been treated w/the utmost care & respect by Dr Greco.

Dr. Greco is alway compassionate and meets the holistic needs of her patients

I got a feeling she was annoyed with me if I didn't know the mg of my medications of the top of my head.

I used my account to communicate with my PCP. It worked welll. It is impossible to get into Dr. Greco for anything but my routine care which I schedule many months in advance. I go to the local urgent care for those type of needs.

dr Greco spoke to me with a condescending tone. I'd prefer to have my child's Doctor be a mother or a father because I feel like they have a better understanding on the realities of having children. she scolded me for letting my daughter watch more than two hours of tv in a day, but I don't think she has any understanding of actually rearing children in this technology driven age. I've already cancelled my son's well child check up with her and am requesting a new doctor. additionally, I have spoken with a handful of moms in our community and NONE of them had positive words to say about dr Greco. they all said her bedside manner was not acceptable and felt like she spoke down to them.

Waited almost an hour to see one came out and apologized for delay!

would not let me talk about my problems. made me real upset the way she blew up at me.

Have always trusted Dr. Greco's decisions towards my health care.

I waited for 6 months to see a doctor because my regular doctor left the clinic, then when I did see a doctor she game me 20 minutes and did not have my records. She did not have time to address the needs I gave her.

Dr. Greco is very professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking my advice on which provider to see.

I think patients need a little warning if they need a UA done for the appointment. I was not aware that I needed one and went to the bathroom right before hand, went up to the counter to check in and was told I needed a UA.

ver happy I've been able to stay with Dr Greco as PCM over 10 years

[...] I do not want this person as my PCP because she has treated me with disrespect, and a severe lack of compassion, and left me feeling severe anxiety. [...]

Greco rocks! Very thorough, knowledgeable and straight forward and honest! [...]

Dr. Greco is the best. [...]

The next day after this visit I went in for a c-section. Dr Greco and the entire staff made the surgery and recovery as comfortable as possible. This is my fourth child and this was by far the smoothest and most pleasant birthing experience I have had. They were all exemplary.

This is the first current visit, I have not been as happy before this, although I liked Dr. [...], towards the end she wasn't as helpful because she was more concerned with her transfer than needed! I see a Dr. only when I need it and as a result, sometimes it is a disappointment! I am happier with Dr. Greco [...]

[...] Dr. Greco is new to me, but am looking forward to working with her on my health
