Dr. Rachel Graves promotes healthy lifestyles and prevention in her practice. She believes that her most important role is to provide resources that empower patients to make good decisions about their health and health care. "I work together with patients to find an approach and treatment plan that work for both of us," she says.
Dr. Graves enjoys building relationships with her patients and often the whole family. "Knowing someone from their birth onward, in the context of their entire family, is an amazing experience," she says.
After earning her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, she completed her internship and residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. Dr. Graves has special interests in women's health care and procedures, pregnancy care, and pediatrics including adolescent medicine.
Originally from Richmond, Ind., Dr. Graves loves living in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and son. She enjoys running for exercise, gardening, cooking and reading novels.
