About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Wait time was 45 minutes in the examination room, Dr Gramley actually did not know why I was there to see her. I had to tell her that she requested this follow up visit to draw more blood for testing. Dr. Gramley has extremely poor awareness of my medical history. During my health exams, she only looks at her computer and not at me, the patient. Maybe she has too many patients to get to know each one on a personal level. It seems as if she is only concerned about test results and numbers and then recommends more tests and possibly adding specialists. I am considering changing physicians.

I am used to a more comprehensive annual physical but I am aware that much of that physical is no longer considered necessary - pap smear, breast check, agility, reflexes, etc. Because I don't feel the need for these I wasn't concerned. Dr. Gramley does seem to pay adequate attention to my comments and concerns. I'm happy with her. She's fast and efficient but I never feel rushed am I feel free to ask questions.

I called to set up an appointment in January so I can get established at this office since I was switching providers, and I had to wait until June for this appointment. I needed to set an appointment for the rest of my physical as soon as possible, but couldn't get an appointment until August. [...] I am concerned about being able to come in on a day I need immediate care, and being seen when I am in immediate need.

I like Dr. Gramley a lot and thought she listened well and gave good advice. It would have been nice to find someone closer to where I live that is a woman for my primary care. She was great and I am glad I did get her as primary.

She is friendly, relaxed, answers the questions I bring her and then orders the tests she feels I might need. I've had her for several years and she is more relaxed now and I feel very comfortable with her.

When my doctor retired about a year ago, I was apprehensive about finding a new one. The doctor I picked saw me once & then disappeared with no notice to me. Then Dr. Gramley was recommended, & I am very happy & comfortable with her.

I waited for at least 40 minutes in the exam room with just the hospital gown on. I was anxious and uncomfortable. I felt forgotten. Then my provider just looked at the computer as she read my history and spoke about what she was reading. I felt like she didn't know me or really care about getting to know me as a person. I actually was prepared to discuss what is going on in my life and medical implications it may have but by the time I was actually seen for my pap I just wanted to leave. My provider is nice and the people who work in the office are as well. I just feel like a "number" when I'm being seen.

I started as a patient of Dr. Gramley's before she joined Providence, so I have known here for several yrs. She is extraordinary both in her knowledge base and her interpersonal skills. I especially like the fact that she listens, teaches, and discusses issues with me. She is an excellent Internal Medicine physician, and I am a stickler for needing an internist who can answer questions for me and for someone to convince me to do what she recommends. I take her advice seriously and am so very glad she is my IM doctor.

I don't think there is enough time allotted for preventative annual appointments. I left not having addressed some issues, and maybe more importantly I did not feel heard about concerns I did bring up, since everything was so hurried. I find Dr Gramley to be knowledgeable and conscientious.

I have been a patient of Molly Gramley M.D. for about 7 years, since my former doctor retired. I have been very satisfied with her communication skills since she never leaves me with unanswered questions. I have gone through a few medical problems which she has always addressed or sent for specialist care.
