Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

they are always very helpful and promo. I never feel they are trying to rush me. they always tell me what to expect down the road. this is one of the main reasons . the care I get here. that I don't want to change my heath care policies.

it is very hard to get in to see my neurologist appointments are three or more months out. I am grateful for my nurse practitioner that I saw this time. She is wonderful and I can get an appointment much quicker. However, I wish that getting in to my neurologist would be easier.

I arrived 15 minutes early as asked. Taken to exam room on time. PA left and I sat there for 40 minutes and let myself out. I told reception and provider came into room in less than 1 minute.

She is excellent. [...]'s health care is complex, so it is difficult, at times, for us to understand all that we need to know and how to proceed. Leah does a great job listening and explaining.

Leah Gadeadke is not a MS Neurological doctor, rather a Nurse Practitioner. In all the time I've been with your MS office Leah has been more helpful and gave me more info on my condition then all the doctors I've seen up to that time.
