Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

She seemed OK, and diagnosed the MS I've been suffering for 2 years that the Corvallis docs can't seem to see. Unfortunately she wouldn't start any treatment as I couldn't remember the dosage of one med I'm taking. Thus I'm like in bed in pain all day. [...]

respect Dr Leah very much ...listens to my concerns and acts quickly in resolving the issue ... what a fantastic doctor couldn't be more pleased with her.

While she appeared to listen, her responses were rote and scripted. She did the most cursory neurological exam ever administered to me. In the future, I will insist on seeing the neurologist.

Listened to my complaints and suggested options

Dr. Gaedeke was AMAZING! The information she gave us was clear, concise and informative.

office is best in Portland for MS care and treatment

Leah was very nice to take my appointment when Dr [...] had to cancel!

[...] Overall pleased with this office so far!

Due to a new health concern that caused me to be taken off my main maintenance medication for MS, my Neurologist asked me to come in and see Leah to discuss medication alternatives. Leah always takes time to understand my concerns, and problem-solve together with me and with the broader team at the MS Center. For this visit she referenced discussions she had with Dr. [...], the Medical Director, and Dr. [...], (my primary Neurologist) about my case. I appreciate that!

Very knowledgeable - easily answered all questions. Only problem - extremely hard time getting copy of lab results.

Not only did she give superior care in terms of her responsibility, she gave me excellent care that the primary care physician SHOULD have given.

I like Leah and her ability to help off load some of Dr. [...]'s patients is nice for both of us. I think seeing both of them is a great asset to the clinic because they both know a lot about MS - Dr. [...], more the physical aspects of the disease and Leah regarding the other stuff that would take the doctors time and is a good source of information.

Was emotional about current problem, and I felt listened to and cared for

Providence neurological specialties is fantastic!

Leah is the best provider I've ever been to through many years of poor health. I always receive the best care possible from her; but beyond that I never leave her office without new knowledge. She is always tuned into the patient's whole body, not just a focusing on her specialty. I would recommend her to anyone that has need of her services.

I have only been to one appointment and although very pleased with Leah and others I have spoken with, it is premature to know how ongoing care will be or whether staff is sensitive to patient experience. I can say that based on what I have seen so far I am optimistic that I am and will continue to receive good care and respect.

good wxperience

Outstanding medical support

Leah is great.. she listens and shows interest in what I am concerned about. She seems genuinely concerned about me and is very proactive in finding solutions or treatments for my medical/physical needs. Leah is very professional and personable with me. Leah always makes me feel comfortable sharing my concerns and makes me feel I can trust her. She is amazing at getting referrals done and tests ordered if any are needed. She is very genuine and she seems to treat her staff with respect as well as her patients. I am very happy with Leah and how she treats me as her patient.

Leah was beyond kind and excellent in her care of me. I have been suffering from chronic dizziness for many, many years and lately I have fallen alot because it has become so bad. Leah listened to me, understood what I was trying to say. And as I write it seems she has come up with a prescription plan that has brought this long term dizziness under control. I called her yesterday to thank her for giving me my life back!
