About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Evans is a nice provider to talk to however. It seems, anything medical related statement I make he disputes me. [...]

No problem with provider but we do live on the coast near enough to Providence Seaside and in the last visit to Portland we found out that we could do visits electronically from Seaside. We would much prefer traveling to Seaside than to Portland.

Overall my experience with Dr. Evans was a good one, especially since this was not only my first visit but one in which he had only the bare bones of my condition as I didn't have my medical records from my previous care provider. He was thoughtful, but his analysis of the kind of epilepsy I have seemed rushed, especially since it was different from what all previous doctors had told me. But overall it was a good experience and I'm glad to be a new patient of Dr. Evans.
