Jim Edwards became a doctor because he enjoys caring for adults with acute and chronic medical issues. “I value the relationships I form with each patient,” he said. In his practice, he emphasizes good bed-side manner, proven medical treatments, and palliative care.

Jim graduated from Illinois State University, Normal, Ill with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He went on to earn his medical degree from University of Illinois in Chicago, and completed his internship and residency at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Having previously lived in The Dalles, Jim is excited to return to the Columbia Gorge with his wife Michelle Edwards, PA. He enjoys riding his bike and other outdoor activities.
