About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I understand that doctors see a lot of patients every day. I've seen Caroline Dudley 3 or 4 times now since my initial primary care docotor left. and this time, Caroline came into the room and shook my hand and introduced herself (as if we hadn't met). so it suddenly felt a little impersonal, since she didn't remember me or look beforehand that I wasn't a new patient to her. she's still wonderful, thoughtful and I think she's a great doctor. I would just like to feel like my care provider knows me.

The provider was good but I wish I would have had a heads up about my insurance because the visit was Pointless because I can't afford to go to the referral. [...]

Dr. Dudley was amazing! Most kind, easy going, and helpful care provider I have ever seen. She took the time to explain many things and answer my questions (even stayed after closing hours to carefully ensure I had all my questions answered). Very down to earth and I feel that I can talk to her regarding women's health very comfortably. Thank you so much!

The wait time was exceptionally lengthy- almost an hour. Other than that, the office visit was a positive experience.

I wish I could have been seen sooner. I didn't know if I broke or sprained my ankle. I worried about it since I had to travel the next week.

Carolyn Dudley is very thoughtful PA and listens intently to concerns. She is what I would call "gifted" in assessment and helpful solutions. She is reassuring but realistic. She is my all-time favorite health provider and I have been around medical personnel for a long time!

Caroline spent the majority of the time typing on the computer and not hearing what I had to say based on my past experiences with the same issue. She seemed to have her mind made up on what I needed to do rather than understanding that I do know what works and doesn't work for me when it comes to sinus infections, my body and clearing them up.
