About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

My only complaint is that my husband and I both went in because of [...] that had lasted weeks [...]. We were referred to get [...] tests. It took 14 days to get the results. And at that time all we got was a my chart notification with negative results but no comments as to next step if still having the problem.

I had to wait a week for an appointment and then the only one available was at the crack of dawn. They took a blood test, but when it didn't show anything they did not continue to look to find out what was wrong with me. The doctor's advice was " eat better.".

I arrived early for my appointment so I could complete any needed paperwork. My actual appointment did not start until 25 minutes late. From what I could tell, I was the only patient in the offices. It's a pet peeve of mine...if I can be on time and considerate of the medical staff's time line, they should return the courtesy.

Pam is a good listener, but does not understand chronic pain and the mental ramifications well.

I had been putting off dealing with a health need. When I called to make the earliest possible appointment, I was told by scheduling the clinic was full that day. I walked over to the clinic and they squeezed me in. I am so grateful for all Pam does!
