Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

An excellent experience and provider.;

Paul is exceptional. He made me feel totally comfortable with the surgery I was about to have.

Explains medical treatment that is easy to understand.

Not knowing what to expect for this pre procedure visit, I found the time spent a waste of time. That does not mean others would not need/want the appointment. I gained no new information, and the only question I did ask was never answered. Good thing I called another doctor to find out what I needed to do before the procedure.

He listened and we came up with a plan.

Had great care by everyone thank you.
