Lance Christian, LMSW is a social worker and executive director of the ALS Association of Oregon and SW Washington. He earned his Masters of Social Work in 1996 and spent many years working in community mental health. He then shifted his career to medical social work with a focus on neurological disorders. He spent four years working at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and one year abroad working on a neurological rehabilitation program in Melbourne, Australia.
Since 2009, Lance has worked for The ALS Association, Oregon and SW Washington Chapter. Working with Dr. Kim Goslin, Lance is one of the original members of the Providence ALS Center team and has worked with hundreds of families affected by ALS.
