About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr. Made judgements about my health issues without actual facts. Did not preform a diabetic foot check. And got frustrated when I had an opinion about the health care I want and expect. I plan to give Dr. Chiou another chance but only one more.

I like Dr. Chiou and used to see him over at the Battle Ground FMG. I hadn't seen him for over a year and there were health changes that he was not aware of so I sensed his frustration. However, 2 out of 4 times in the last 2 years I could not get an appointment with Dr. Chiou within a day or two of an urgent health issue as he was not available so they scheduled me with the Urgent Clinic MD. Also,[...] Again, he was consentrating on so much information and he appeared distracted. He was very courteous and I will continue seeing him. I think this was a fluke. I did have to call the clinic to remind the Doctor's office I was overdue for my labs and regular check-up.I am suprised i did not get a reminder from MyChart.

Although good I did not feel the examine was complete. Thee should have been a PSA test. Listening to the heart from the doctor. examine of the belly area, groining area, skin to see if there is a break down. When going into a physical I want a complete psychic hands on. Doctor never examined me as a person! Call me a little old school. Wife called back to question for PSA test never heard back (yet) anyway. Would kike to know if he really read the results of the blood test. a simple note on results on computer. "Things look good" or see you next visit something that informs me they were reviewed by doctor!

Scheduling was a nightmare. I was in a lot of pain, went to [...], who referred me to my PCP. When i tried to schedule this I was not able to get in for a week, so I spent a week in a lot of pain and not able to move around very well until the provider could see me. Once he saw me, he did a short exam, sent me to x-ray and then was rather vague about the diagnosis. I had to email via My Chart to get clarification on what he said. He put in a referral to Physical Therapy and it is to a place I am unable to get to (he did not ask about locations), so I need to have him change my referral and wait some more before I can work on not being in pain.
