Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Brandi treats you like a friend and that is nice to see in a medical field. Not just a number or revenue stream.

Great experience.

She had a look up on-line some answers to questions and she didn't know the answers to others. Regarding knowing what kinds of experiences other elderly patients have shared which taking the bone - building drugs.

I haven't had any bad experiences.

I always have a good experience with Brandy Cannon.

the only thing I can say I had a small problem with was when I was returning a nurse's phone call and the receptionist was not listening to the fact I was returning a phone call

Brandy is always very attentive and listens to all my concerns.

Brandy Cannon is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She is a great listener and I feel very comfortable discussing my health issues with her.

Excellent care, excellent provider.

The staff at PMG Mill Plain are always pleasant and very helpful.

Care provider knows me and my needs and cares about me.

I was going in for surgery and really needed a doctor so sign off on my release form. I couldn't see my actual doctor in time so instead I saw Bandy Cannon. She was very understanding of my situation and got what I needed done in such a short amount of time with out leaving me feeling more rushed than I already was. she was great and I would see her again any time!

[...] I waited for 40 minutes for my appointment and after inquiring with the front desk found out that the woman never checked me in which was a little disheartening. I had x-rays done the PA I saw asked a nurse to take me to xray and this nurse seemed inconvenienced and didnt say a word to me. The xray tech was also unfriendly. [...]

I waited 30 minutes in my room before I had to go ask what was taking so long then it took another 5-8 minutes for the dr to come in. there was a problem with the medication and no one called to follow up with me and when I called to get assistance I couldn't get any because my primary was out of the office.

Brandy seems to have her mind made up!

test results are never by the provider they are sent by letter or mychart., referral process could be easier for the patient, I am given the referral but I have to follow up usually with the clinic to see if the referral was approved or appointment set up. If the clinic followed the referral process from start to finish this would to ease our patient's way.

[...] I have been having this issue for almost a year and seeing the doctor about it without any good results. I feel like the just gave me those pills in such a low dose because they are not understanding how serious my situation is right now. [...]

she was very nice and I would go to her again, but she didn't quite catch my correct diagnosis.

Going online to get appointments and read testvtesults is great. I have found that Brandi is very understanding on my situation that my wife now sees her as her doctor as well.

I did not care for Brandy Cannon. she was not at all friendly [...] I would probably rather switch to a different health care provider than return to Brandy Cannon.

Brandi is always courteous and professional with me. She always answers my questions satisfactorily and so, I don't think it can be much better with anyone else.

[...] I went in for a new patient appointment and medication check. [...] I had a great experience [...]

My older doctor is retiring, so I needed a new doctor. My insurance company directed me to this office. Only had the two visits, but both where very good. I am 66 yrs old and have some back and right hip issues. Also asthma. New doctor and I are having an ectended time appointment next time to get to know each other better.

Efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable. She did a great job representing your organization.
