About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Very thorough and competent. Listens very well.
Providence Health & Services Patient

I scheduled this apt at Providence Mill Plain seeking to establish long term PCP for myself and spouse. However after this visit [...] I have serious reservations that my voice is being heard. I also have a problem with referrals being given in a timely manner and should be given without a patient coming in for a visit which requires a co-pay.
Providence Health & Services Patient

I don't feel that Brandy Cannon listened to my suggestion to get additional medical records with my history of gastrointestinal issues. It would serve as a great benefit to this provider to have this information, so that she can see what tests, treatment, and medications have been used in the past. [...]
Providence Health & Services Patient

I have had excellent results from my health care provider.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Brandy is excellent at providing care. she was thorough and because of that she caught a lung infection quickly and was able to then treat quickly and effectively. I want to switch to make her my permanent provider. she was timely and answered all my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Brandy is having a hard time understanding the extent of my pain. [...]
Providence Health & Services Patient

I was unaware that Brandy was my doctor, I may have missed her introducing herself as such but I didn't ask all the questions I wanted to as I was waiting to see my provider. This is my first time here BTW. I told her I had an eating disorder and she said sometimes she wished she [...] could lose weight. Then she went on to tell me how she has gained weight because of kids and school etc. I would expect this from someone on the street and ignorant girls influenced by our society and media but not a medical professional. My eating disorder is a mental illness not a diet. I was so taken aback by her comments [...]
Providence Health & Services Patient

I don't feel that they really care about your health and every time I leave your clinic there is no confident that they diagnosed what is the problem, and no follow up! and it took forever to someone answer the phone when I call the office.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Sometimes Dr Cannon had lots of time to get to know me, she seemed busier this time and I think that is good that she has more people to see.
Providence Health & Services Patient

I have always had good care
Providence Health & Services Patient

Last visit was hurried and not enough consideration to problem.
Providence Health & Services Patient

I have health issues that need to be addressed quickly and received prompt attention and referrals. The referrals took more time to respond to my need than my provider.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Did not fully feel she was there with me and my care. Nice lady, just a lack of perceived interest.
Providence Health & Services Patient

extremely long wait time for X-ray with in the same building during the appointment.
Providence Health & Services Patient

This provider did not have any warmth or smile. She did not talk with me as a person, she did not seem interested in anything I was saying, she did not ask probing questions. Her mood was flat. I felt as though the provider was looking through the list of health problems that I have, instead of really listening to me.
