Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Good listener.

Very good, attentive, answered all questions/concerns.

Dr. Burness is the best doctor I have ever had. She is excellent in every way because she cares & explains.

Wait time was at least 30 minutes in exam room. Dr. did state there had been an emergency, however, I almost walked out because no one explained that she was WAY BEHIND. I chose this evening appointment because I thought it would not be so busy.

Told by doctor that she had only allowed 20 mins for the appointment when I inquired about a pain in my arm. Good doctor on "MyChart." Too much in a hurry during visits @ clinic.

Dr.Burness is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She has message me many times to see how I am doing, sometimes at 10.00 pm.I am so lucky to have her as my Doctor .

Dr. Burness has always treated me as not only a patient, but a friend. I feel I could tell her anything.

I have consistently received excellent care at Providence. My Dr. Jessica has been my life savior over the many years I have been coming to her for advice and help. The rest of the staff that I have had contact with have also been exceptional.

All good.
