Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I only saw him to get a steroid injections which the PA could not give me. I had to wait a month for this appointment after my visit to the PA!

my doctor is great .. the biggest problem is trying to see him .. they are so busy that it takes usually a couple of weeks to get in to see them ..

I am very pleased with Dr Bloke and his assistant. no complaints.

always considerate, competent health care, well informed and thoughtful

I really liked Dr Blume's knowledge about all my questions and great explanations

My provider and his staff are great! I wish that appointments with referrals could be scheduled by my provider or online.

Dr Blome completely dismissed anything I had to say about nerve pain in my leg. He didn't bother listening to me at all.

since pacemaker in 2014 attention and care has been excellent!

Glad I have Dr. Blome.

Dr. Blome best physician I have seen in years.

My care team is awesome, and they are hands down the most attentive, caring team I have encountered so far.

[...] was told he had to change Dr and this is the Dr recommended. Neither the Dr or nurse knew why we were there and did not appear to be aware of the many health issues.

I know a Dr. [...] quit and therefor Dr. Blome was extremely busy; taking his patients and the other doctors. Dr. Blome is professional and I love him, but he was under pressure. Took me a week to get in due to the above issues. Accessiblity to get in for an appointment is lacking.

My provider helped me with everything I requested. [...]

Dr. Blome is a good doctor for me. If there is something I don't like, I'm not hesitant to ask him. He can be a bit short. But that is ok.

first time with this provider and spent more time entering things on computer than actually talking face to face. made me feel I wasn't being heard.

I personally chose Dr. Randy Blome and I am so glad I did. His professionalism, experience, courtesy, and attention to my health concerns and questions make me feel very well cared for.

All good......No bad.

he's an excellent Doctor

My doctor is not the best at communicating or asking questions about my conditions, but keeps good records of my history....seems a little closed minded about anything other than pharmaceutical options, but I am one who will go with supplements or alternative medicine first, so we have some differences of opinion.

The doctor took his time, asked great questions, and actually cared for my well-being. I would strongly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of care.

[...] This is my first personal visit with Dr. Blome. I had seen him when I accompanied my husband at a time when he was very ill, and liked the doctor then. My previous doctor has left the practice, so I decided I would choose Dr. Blome and am happy with my choice.

I was called into the exam room more than 15 after my appointment time. The Medical Assistant explained to me that the Dr. still had one more patient ahead of me. With this explanation and the thoroughness of my exam this was acceptable to me.

You feel safe and well cared for at Dr. Blome's office. The only negative thing is that sometimes you have to wait a long time before he comes through the door, maybe 1/2 hr. and it has been longer. But, I know some times a visit can take longer, and when it is my turn I know he does not leave before I have completed my visit.

Dr. Blome has an amazing listening skill. He truly cares about my health condition and is there for me. The only concern I have is he is so busy; at times it's hard to get in. Because he knows my health conditions I will not see other doctors; I'll wait for Dr. Blome

Have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy. Very friendly staff in all areas of the facility, including lab. [...] recently the Doctor did not see me within 15 minutes. This was the first time in several visits that has happened.

dr. Blome is the best doctor I have had in years! he's always very courteous and very informed.
