Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr. is always have me do STD tests even when I tell her I do not want the test. There is no reason to do them, I have one sex partnet and married. It raises costs of the visit and it's offending to me and my husband.

Providence health care providers truly don't seem to care about their patients' concerns. It is the most detached bunch of professionals I've ever encountered and I've lived in KY, ME and FL.

I waited for an hour beyond my appointment time to see the doctor for 5 minutes and was told she couldn't help with the skin tag removal. This appointment was a complete waste of my time and money and the doctor wasn't an especially likeable individual.

Follow-up on out-of-state prescription refills has not been good. Provider often has substitutes not as familiar with patient.

I was a clinic manager in healthcare for 15 years. I expect a certain degree of discussion about my activities & self management - [...] more dialogue is needed between patient & Dr.

I have had problems getting a neurologist that works after 2.30 pm. I have to take time off work if I need to see them and therefore have had to revert back to my primary care doctor for prescriptions. I think this is pretty poor.

Dr. Bautista seems to be a very concientious and thorough doctor. She is good at answering my questions, explaining why we need to do what we do and, in this case with the uti, got across the importance of the treatment for a bacteria that was very resistant to treatment. I feel she keeps up to date with the latest medical information and she explains things when I ask questions. I also email through My Chart and she always gets back to me. If it is urgent, she will call.

This was an appointment to establish Dr. Bautista as my new pcp. She was very patient and accommodating, and took the time to go over my medical history with me so she could familiarize herself with my case, as well as answer any questions I had. A very good first appointment, I am definitely looking forward to working with her again in the future.
