Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Dr Andrea is thorough and empathetic. Unfortunately, she does not have any specific answers about my symptoms.

The only concern is I'm not clear that my care provider actually reviews my MRI scans or just the results as provided by the radiologist.

Due to having four surgeries in the past year it has been complicated for my doctors to keep track of everything. DrAndrea has been fantastic and proactive in my neurology care. So glad to be back with her and her staff for my migraines and other issues. Just waiting on referrals from my insurance to go through. I will always recommend her for care. [...]

Care provider accommodating and helpful. She answered all questions with clarity and pertinent information.

She tests thoroughly = good; she tries to push Rx meds & minimizes my (PTSD & anxiety levels & my pain level = bad.

Having terrible migraines almost daily. Couldn't get an appt for EEG for less than a month until I called Providence & asked to go to another Providence in Portland it is only taking 22 days (MRI still not scheduled.

Dr. Andrae is very in tune to my medical conditions. She has specific tests that she wants ordered for my needs. She also has specialists lined up for me when necessary to be referred to. Dr. Andrae is THE BEST! PHP NEEDS TO KEEP DR. ANDRAE! I WOULD BE VERY UPSET IF SHE WEREN'T @ THIS PRACTICE!!!

Dr. Andrea is the first doctor to truely listen to what I told her, even though she was a little skeptical of some of what I said, she listened. And much of it proved true with treatment.

I was treated very professionally and comprehensively. Doctor explained in very understandable terms. I felt like my concerns were addressed.

Dr. Andrea was great but working with her scheduler was frustrating & difficult & I don't feel he was sensitive or helpful in setting up my first appointment. Also one appointment was cancelled & the doctor was late for the next one.

Provider was VERY unfriendly, didn't explain anything about my symptoms, didn't seem interested in my concerns at all.

Dr. Andrae is a very good dr. who listens to my needs & concerns!

I feel very comfortable talking about my health concerns with this provider and that I get good and helpful answers and advice.

I had a brain MRI on [...] Y was called the next morning about an appt. on [...]. About 1/2 hr. later I was called by [...] & was told to come down to the office immediately. I was scared to death thinking that I had a brain tumor & needed emergency surgery. When my husband & I got there. Dr. Andrae said I had lesions on my brain (abnormal) & it could be MS or lupus & another MRI (cervical column) was needed. The urgency of this appt. & possible diagnosis could have been handled better.

Had a great visit and agreed to meet again in six months to check progress.

never advised of results of MRI until 2 months after exam conducted, then only during office visit when I requested.

Dr. Andrea ALWAYS provides us with the best care. She takes her time & answers all of our questions.

[...] they do a good job at going over my medications when I'm in the doctor's office.

Dr Andrea, very straight forward and seems to have the information about my health issues available. I feel she is always prepared for my visits. She takes time to listen to my feedback on my condition.
