About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Providence Health & Services Patient

Dr. Anderson gave me more information in this one visit than my previous [...] Dr. gave me in the 5 years I went to him. I better understand my condition and the options I have.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Dr. And entire team have been very attentive, and helpful and definitely make me feel like I am getting the best possible care available.
Providence Health & Services Patient

MD quite knowledgeable, explained what she was doing. She told me about a life change that she said was needed, which shocked me. I needed to know about it, but I couldn't listen well at first.
Providence Health & Services Patient

Dr was very polite and courteous, did check my body all over and answer questions. It just felt like she was distracted and didn't really "hear" me very well and quickly diagnosed me and told me she'd see me in three months. I don't think she got that I'm in horrible pain and three months is a long time when you are with no hope.
Providence Health & Services Patient

She is very personable and friendly. I'm just not sure she fully understood my particular case and I would have liked more information on what I could do to reverse, stop or slow down the progress of the neuropathy.
