Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Great experience!

Very nice people and helpful with every thing.

This provider was the 4th gynecologist that I have seen in the last 6 years. She's the only one that finally took the time to look through my records to see how much conservative treatment I have done to try and live with my condition. She even made the comment that I did more than most people would have put up with.

Front desk attention was wonderful. My MA was also such a help. I enjoyed my visit with my provider but I actually felt like my MA was the one asking the important questions and connecting with me on a personal level. My doctor came in to insert the IUD and asked if I had questions and left.

Excellent diagnostic ability. Intelligent & thoughtful.

I was pleased that she was very friendly and answered all my questions. And the examination was comfortable. I liked her

Dr. Elaine Adsit was fantastic! She was very relaxed and listened intently to my concerns. I appreciated that she took time to explain in detail her findings and ensured I left with all my questions answered. She also did not appear rushed, that I was the most important person in the room at that time. Dr. Adsit is a compassionate provider. I am not a current patient of hers, but after such a great experience I will most likely be transferring to her soon...she is amazing! Also, the nurses were also very friendly!

It has all been good at Providence.

I am very nervously awaiting lab results [...]. The first few labs came back and were communicated to my online profile. I called to see when the rest of the labs were expected- it has already been 6 days. I got a message from the office saying "you have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks. We can answer any questions then." apparently they are not interested in talking to me or easing my mind in any way.

care provider excellent, folder given with medical information had great details, but the quality of the copies and paper in the folder was terrible (lines across the page), seemed cheap. I would expect more from a doctor's office.

I was very anxious going in to my surgery and Dr. Adsit (and the entire team) helped to alleviate some of my anxiety. Everyone was kind and professional and I have only good thoughts about my experience.

I had to wait for an hour! the provider is never very warm or caring. I would not recommend her to others.
