About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and was not notified once about the status of my appointment/provider.

I am in my 60's and have seen obgyn's in 6 states over the years and while I generally have received very good care elsewhere, Dr. Adsit is the obgyn with whom I have felt most comfortable. Sheis extremely knowledgeable, explains things very well, answers my questions with easily understood responses. She comes across as very professional, caring and, most of all, nonjudgmental. Her calm demeanor puts me at ease.

Everyone who works in Dr. Adsit's office is wonderful. The first time I saw her, I think the receptionist forgot to check me in because I waited almost an hour and the medical assistant told me they almost canceled my appointment even though I'd been sitting in the waiting room all that time. Since then, I've noticed the wait seems a bit longer than at my primary care physician's office, but frankly I'm willing to wait for the excellent quality of care that I get from Dr. Adsit. I'm only mentioning it because you asked about wait times, and the last time, I'm guessing we (my son and I) waited about 20 minutes total in the waiting room and the exam room.
