About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

Dr Adler is excellent! And so is [...]! I was scared of a variety of possibilities, but he put me at ease. Very gentle physician, and great bedside humor (I just remember giggling at a comment about "not going to the morgue" as we exited the surgery - and that he and my husband were laughing - it made me feel like it was all going to be ok!). But really, a very nice man, and felt I was in good hands.

I was concerned about the pain of the shot before biopsy and the pain of the biopsy itself and Dr. Adler was very compassionate and encouraging that it shouldn't hurt and he was correct, I did not feel either one!

[...] He never takes my concerns seriously and rarely ever answer a single question. I am 100% unsatisfied with his services and not happy that he is the one who will be helping me at my delivery. If I could go somewhere else, I WOULD.
