About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Professional, quick and to the point. Makes people at ease with warm sense of humor.

Dr. Adler and the whole clinic team is amazing. My 2 year old son and I both go to this clinic and we love everyone there. They're so great!

My care provider is the most caring compationate human being. He knows what he is doing and gives me all the details and professional information I needed

I felt like the doctor diagnosed my concern regarding a possible secondary diagnosis, but other than that, everything was great!

Dr. Adler is more than a provider. he listens and understands. so caring and makes one feel so at ease . i was so nervous and ao was my husband due to the limited apecialists in the area but i must say this was a blessing in disguise. we thank God for him. a womderful person with a great heart. I highly recommend him.

Refferals are slow, and many times I was given the wrong information for the clinic I was being reffered to.

I've had all good experiences with Dr. Adler. He's a very good Doctor and will continue to trust him for many more years to come and will also use him as my OBGYN when I am ready to start my family. Thanks for everything Dr. Adler!!

My visit concerned a female situation that I have dealt with for years but has gotten progressively worse - he understood what it was and immediately referred me to a specialist.

Dr Adler is excellent! And so is [...]! I was scared of a variety of possibilities, but he put me at ease. Very gentle physician, and great bedside humor (I just remember giggling at a comment about "not going to the morgue" as we exited the surgery - and that he and my husband were laughing - it made me feel like it was all going to be ok!). But really, a very nice man, and felt I was in good hands.
