Patient Ratings and Comments
About Our Survey

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I saw Dr Abraham for the first time recently and am having a number of medical problems. When I first met him, it was apparent that he was familiar with my medical history which is a comfort and relief for a number of reasons as a patient. He asked questions and let me explain my side of things while being respectful. When he was explaining things to me, he didn't talk down to me and he explained everything very clearly and simply...he even drew a picture. :) He made me feel extremely well taken care of and that reduced my level of anxiety substantially. He is a positive person and cracked a few jokes throughout the appointment. I feel blessed to have a doctor that is so competent and has such a good bedside manner.
