Join us for support, education and information once a month at Leila J. Eisenstein Breast Center
at Providence Medford Medical Center.
As women we come together to share our thoughts and concerns. The cancer journey is ours, and our family and friends travel with us. We are here for you.
Led by Oncology Nurse Navigator, Kate Newgard, RN, our support groups help with:
--Managing and living life during and after treatment, regardless of treatment choice.
--Providing emotional support for coping with treatment, family, friends and the medical community.
--Education about resources, financial solutions, nutrition and complementary therapies.
--Gaining knowledge from professional guest speakers.
Lunch time and evening sessions are open, drop ins are welcome and encouraged.

Steps Ahead | Weekly Walks
Join us each week for Steps Ahead–a walking and talking support group for breast cancer
survivors, their friends and family.
When: Every Thursday at 9 a.m.
Where: Rogue Valley Mall food court by Starbucks®
All levels are welcome. Exercise is important before, during and after cancer treatment.
Physical activity reduces fatigue and anxiety while increasing your strength and quality
of life. Led by Leila J. Eisenstein Breast Center’s nurse navigator Kate Newgard, RN.
