The Providence Office of Gift Planning is providing a free 90-minute seminar, at several locations, about the basics of wills and estate planning. At each session, a local estate planning attorney will cover topics such as the advantages and disadvantages of wills and living trusts; probate versus non-probate property; estate taxes; advance directives; and powers of attorney.
