Thursday, Nov. 21–Lung cancer screening and vigil
Lung cancer screening presentation: Dr. Mike Skokan, medical director, Providence Lung Cancer Clinic, and pulmonologist with The Oregon Clinic, will discuss the new Providence Lung Cancer Screening Program, risks and benefits of screening, who should be screened, and how to access services.
Lung cancer vigil: Providence is joining with Lung Cancer Alliance (LCA), to Shine a Light on Lung Cancer. The Shine a Light on Lung Cancer Vigil provides our community with hope, support and compassion for those impacted by lung cancer and those at risk—from survivor to the newly diagnosed to loved ones to healthcare professionals to those simply wanting to help.
