Chances are your child's heart is healthy – and yet a small percentage of young people have hidden heart defects that put their lives at risk, especially during physical exertion. For parents of children age 12 to 18, you may want to consider getting your child screened for free. Learn more about youth heart screenings.
Play Smart screenings are free, but appointments are required. Appointments are scheduled up to a month in advance. To schedule an appointment please send an email to: email@example.com and include your name and phone number in the subject line. If you do not have access to email, please call our scheduling line, 503-216-6800.
