Diabetes Support Groups - Seaside

Diabetes support groups offer patients the opportunity to:
- Learn more about managing your diabetes with certified diabetes educators
- Connect with others and get support you need to live well with diabetes
Diabetes support groups meet weekly on the last Monday of each month at Providence Seaside Hospital, Education Center A. The groups are free to attend and open to all and there is no need to pre-register.
2013 Support Group Schedule:
May to October: NO GROUP
November 25, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
December: NO GROUP
These groups supplement, but do not replace, personal diabetes education. Diabetes education is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance companies. Call us at 503-717-7301, to schedule an appointment with a diabetes educator.
