Expecting a new addition to your family is special time, but it also can be overwhelming. Being educated about pregnancy and the birthing process can help decrease stress during labor.
We invite you to enroll in these fun, informative eight-hour class designed to help mothers and their husbands or support persons understand changes during pregnancy; the birthing process; medical interventions; and comfort measures. You'll also learn about breastfeeding basics, post delivery and newborn care.
