Guest housing celebration

10/10/2012

Donors and friends of Providence gathered on Sept. 20 to celebrate the progress on the Providence Portland Guest Housing project. The vacant Moore Lithograph building, one block west of Providence Portland Medical Center, was the site for the celebration and is the future location of a new guest housing facility that will benefit patients and their families. We are approaching our $2 million mark for fundraising, which is the halfway point to the overall goal that will get the project started and allow us to take advantage of several generous offers for construction materials and other "gifts in kind."
