This functions as a personal health record and helps parents coordinate the complex records of their child's care, services and providers. The Care Notebook

Swindells resource libraries:
Located at each of our centers, the libraries provide useful information on a wide variety of subjects of interest to families of children with special needs. Books are available for loan at no cost and can be mailed anywhere they are needed. Parents and caregivers may view the searchable online library
and request an item for pickup or to be mailed. Videos are also available for viewing at Swindells centers; however, we do not lend videos.
