Recipe - Simple Dill Yogurt Dip
Makes 1 ¼ cups
- 1 cup non-or low-fat greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon red or green onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup English cucumber, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or 2 tsp dry
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with veggies as shown here.
