What you need:
2 tsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup cooked white rice
Fresh cilantro
Black pepper

What you do:
Heat oil.
Add onion, garlic and red pepper; sauté for 5 minutes.
And black beans and rice; simmer.
Add cilantro and black pepper just before removing pan from heat.
