Festival of Trees Be a Volunteer-Medford

We would like to give special thanks and recognition to our Providence Festival of Trees volunteers. Their participation is so important to the success of this event – an annual tradition in southern Oregon that is created by many, supported by the community and enjoyed by all.

As a volunteer for Providence Festival of Trees, you will be joining other dedicated people to bring this festival to life.

If you would like to volunteer for any of the following activities, please email the festival office. You may volunteer for as many positions and shifts as you wish.

Installation crew
Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 2-3 
Set up the event, unload supplies, unpack boxes, categorize supplies, set up workstations, assist with installation of display pieces.

Site decoration helpers
Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 2-3 
Help decorate the venue including checking light strands, hanging the lights and garlands, and more.

Party setup crew
Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 4-5
Move tables and chairs, unpack boxes, decorate.

Ticket sellers
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-8
Greet the public, sell tickets, answer questions.

Ticket takers
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-8
Greet the public, take tickets at the door, answer questions.

Raffle ticket sellers
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-8
Greet the public, be a salesperson, provide information.

Santa’s helpers
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-8
Help children sit on Santa’s lap; take pictures and/or assemble photo cards.

Tree angels
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-8
Greet the public, watch over tree displays to help prevent breakage, answer questions.

Pack-up crew
Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 8-9
Prepare trees for delivery, dismantle displays, do general cleanup.

Tree delivery crew
Monday, Dec. 9
Deliver trees and help set them up in buyers'’ homes or businesses.
