Providence ElderPlace

Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program known as PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly), a comprehensive care model that offers health, housing, social service and care coordination solutions to older adults and peace of mind to their families. We are dedicated to providing dignified care to seniors in a compassionate environment built on principles of responsive service, top-quality health care and trust.

PACE programs are nationwide and keep older adults as healthy as possible and living in the community for as long as possible. PACE is widely viewed as a program that enhances the quality of life for seniors.

All authorized services are covered in full for providence ElderPlace participants.

PACE participants must receive all needed health care, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services) from the PACE organization or from an entity authorized by the PACE organization. PACE participants may be fully and personally liable for the costs of unauthorized or out-of-PACE services. Emergency services are covered.
