Dear Friends of Providence,
It has been my privilege to serve on the Providence Community Health Foundation Board for the past several years. During my service, I have met some incredibly dedicated team members and patrons.
I have been touched by the philanthropy of our supporters, especially volunteers at the Festival of Trees. Last year, I met a group that has decorated trees since the inception of our community event. When I thanked them for their service, their only comment was, "We are already planning our tree for next year!" This wonderful event has become a family endeavor that includes people from the Rogue Valley but also volunteers from the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland.
The hard work and humility of the Sisters of Providence is moving and inspirational. It feels good to be part of a culture that cares for the poor and vulnerable. We are all blessed to live in a community with strong collaboration from exceptional health care providers in all fields. It is important that we continue to work together during these challenging times to provide high-quality, affordable care for everyone in the Rogue Valley.
Thanks for your support. I hope you will consider making a gift to our foundation today.
