Providence Camps for Kids

Come camp with us!
Providence Camps for Kids is designed for pre-kindergarten through school-age children who receive therapy services. Our Camps are led by Providence pediatric therapists who specialize in serving children with developmental delays, including autism. We incorporate each child’s therapies into an exciting, supportive day camp.

We match campers with appropriate groups based on age, diagnosis and developmental level. This ensures a safe, rewarding experience for all campers. Our camps offer very low staff to child ratios.

Referral and registration:
All campers must be seen in our clinic by a pediatric therapist to create a plan of care for the week of camp.  Most campers are already receiving therapy services at Providence and are referred by their developmental pediatrician or therapist.

If your child is receiving therapy from a community provider, please call us for details on the referral process at 503-216-6754.

Camp fees
Some insurance plans cover camp fees. Please note, there may be co-pays and deductibles associated with insurance billing. Each camp includes a $50 registration fee for materials that is not covered by insurance. Scholarships are available on a very limited basis, please talk to your Providence therapist for details.

For more information about the camps please email us or call 503-216-6754.

Parent quote:
"Providence Camps for Kids, where you as a parent are surrounded by other parents who experience the same things. You don't have to explain why your child does what they do, because these people "get it". The kids get to learn and work hard, while having fun and making friends. An amazing experience for my son! So grateful for Providence Camps for Kids!"
