Data to Drive Change

The Center for Outcomes Research and Education is an independent research team focused on improving the health of underserved populations.

We strive to understand and illuminate how health care, social services and life experiences intersect to affect the health of individuals and communities. Our research, program evaluation and data science work are designed to provide essential information to health policy and system decision makers.

Based in Portland, Oregon, our innovative scientists and statisticians are supported by data collection experts, an in-house survey fielding team and experienced qualitative researchers.
