ElderPlace celebrates 25 years

UnderrinerGarciaOn Thursday, August 13th, ElderPlace threw a party to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Welcome acknowledgments were made by current ElderPlace Executive Director, Ellen Garcia and Providence Health & Services Chief Executive, Dave Underriner. Aging & People with Disabilities Director, Mike McCormick also spoke and noted that "in Oregon, we have a very strong PACE organization setting the bar for the rest of the nation."

ElderplaceCelebrates25Over 150 of our community partners and ElderPlace staff were in attendance to help us celebrate. Notable attendees included Commissioner Diane McKeel, six ElderPlace participants who have been in our program for over 15 years each and three ElderPlace staff who have been with ElderPlace for our entire 25 years as a PACE program.It was a fun event with great camaraderie and good food.

Thank you to all of our community partners who joined us, either in person or in thought, to help us celebrate this milestone. We look forward to another 25 years of providing quality care in our community!
