June 03, 2013
MyChart, the free online Epic health record for Providence patients, will be available as of Monday, June 3 as a mobile application for iPhone and Android smartphones.
Patients can use the MyChart app to view test results, send messages to their care team, schedule appointments, request prescription renewals and more. So whether a patient is at home, at work or on the road, personal health information is just a tap away.
