SEASIDE, Ore. – Bonnie M. Thompson has joined the executive team at Providence Seaside Hospital as chief operations officer and chief nursing executive.
"I am very excited to be a part of Providence and to call the North Coast my home. My husband and I are looking forward to being a part of this community and helping to serve our neighbors.”

She received her master’s of science in nursing from Seattle University and a master’s in business administration from George Washington University, Washington D.C. In her former medical positions, Bonnie served as a critical access and mental health nurse, a family practice provider and an emergency room and mental health nurse practitioner. Most recently, Thompson served as the assistant vice president of organizational excellence at William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich, Conn.
