Developmental Disability and K-Plan

Amy Jackson is a service coordinator with Clackamas County Developmental Disability, DD, services and has a caseload specializing in K Plan services. Previously she worked with parents and families of Clackamas County through various non-profits providing parenting support, resources, and advocacy. Amy is the proud mom of a beautiful young man experiencing Down Syndrome and Autism.
