An Update on Thyroid Nodules and Cancer
Featuring 2016 guest lecturer Jennifer Sipos, M.D.
Jennifer A. Sipos is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Benign Thyroid Disorders Program at The Ohio State University. Dr. Sipos uses ultrasonography for the diagnosis and management of thyroid cancer and has taught ultrasound courses nationally and internationally. She is involved in clinical research with a particular interest in factors involved in the development of salivary damage after radioiodine therapy. She also participates in clinical trials for the evaluation of multikinase inhibitor therapies in refractory thyroid cancer and the diagnostic use of molecular markers in thyroid nodules.
