- Hypertension and heart disease management
- Nutritional therapy
Dedicated to keeping our athletic community healthy and active, we care for and treat students involved in competitive school and club sports; avid amateurs of all ages who participate for fun and fitness; and professionals whose physical performance is their livelihood.
In addition to treating sports-related injuries, our team also educates area athletes, coaches and parents about injury prevention and recognition. Through this partnership, we help individuals better understand how to care for their bodies before, during and after participating in athletics.
Leading our sports medicine program is Aaron Williams, D.O., fellowship trained in primary care sports medicine, and a board certified family medicine physician. Dr. Williams served 10 years with the Army Medical Corp as a family and sports medicine physician and delivered care to active duty soldiers, their families and military retiree’s. He has taken care of multiple sports teams from the Army Team physician for the Wounded Warrior Games to local High School athletics.
