Providence's Cardiac Rehabilitation Center offers a professionally supervised exercise and education program for patients who have had any of the following (a referral from the patient's primary physician is required to participate):

  • Heart attack
  • Coronary bypass surgery
  • Angioplasty
  • Coronary stent
  • Valve surgery
  • Stable angina
  • Heart transplant or heart-lung transplant
