Oatmeal with nuts and berries recipe
What you need:
1 packet plain instant oatmeal
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
½ cup frozen blueberries
What you do:
Following the directions on the package, add water to the oatmeal and microwave.
Add flaxseed, almonds and frozen blueberries.
Add a dash of cinnamon.
What you get:
267 calories, 1.2 g saturated fat, 0 cholesterol, 77 mg sodium, 9.2 g fiber
