Forgetfulness tends to increase with age, but there's a big difference between normal absent-mindedness and the type of memory loss associated with Alzheimer's disease. Providence expert Amy Schultz, Providence Cognitive Assessment Clinic, will present red flags to help discern these differences and will offer tips on how to improve your memory and reduce the risk of developing dementia.
