This weekend, we spring forward for daylight saving time. Most people bounce back pretty quickly from one lost hour of sleep, but if you have sleep problems on a regular basis, try springing forward more often – on your feet, on a bike, in a pool or on a sport court. 

Providence becomes first in northwest to implant world's smallest pacemaker

The Medtronic Micra Transcatheter Pacing System is one-tenth the size of traditional pacemakers – about the size of a large vitamin. It does not require the use of wires to connect to the heart, and does not require a surgical incision in the chest.
